This means we target the root of a pest problem, rather than just spraying to quickly get rid of pests.

A Story of an Anti-Pesto Pest Control Technician 

What does a typical day at Anti-Pesto look like? Follow the story of Steve, a fictional representation of our employees, to see an example schedule of working at Anti-Pesto. 

Steve wakes up on a Monday morning. He feels refreshed after a relaxing weekend spent with family and friends and is ready to start the work week. He gets dressed and heads out to start the day. The Anti-Pesto office updates him on what clients need treatment today and gives him the addresses so he can drive directly there. 

His first client is an elderly woman who has an ant problem. He gets to talk to her about the issues, and she explains the situation. Steve promises he’ll get to the bottom of it and inspects the house. He discovers there are some cracks in her home that are allowing ants to get in. Sealing them will prevent them from entering. After identifying the root of the problem, Steve does a routine spray to create a barrier that will eliminate any existing ants in the home and deter others from returning. 

He explains to the client what he did and what he discovered. He provides tips for future prevention, gives her Anti-Pesto’s number in case she needs further services, and reminds her of Anti-Pesto’s pest-free guarantee. After she sincerely thanks him, he departs, knowing he brought peace of mind to the elderly woman. 

His day goes on very similarly. With many of his clients, he gets to enjoy the beautiful weather, soaking in the warm sun and the soft bay breeze. Steve thinks to himself how lucky he is that he gets to move and be outside for a lot of his job—he never really liked sitting at an office desk all day. At the end of the day, he gets back home to his family in time for dinner, and the next day, he’ll start the routine all over again.
